The French Bedroom

Ascend the stairs to the first floor where you with find the French Bedroom - so called because of the hand-carved  weathered oak and linen upholstered double Darcy bed by Loaf. This bedroom is spacious and elegant but also comfortable and relaxing. Decorated  in the relaxing hues of 'Skimming Stone' by Farrow and Ball, there is a beautifully renovated Victorian chest and a carved oak cupboard - plus a beautifully upholstered Victorian armchair to curl up in by the decorative Georgian fireplace. The bedroom contains luxuriously soft sheets, two hanging rails with plenty of space for clothes, a hairdryer and a digital radio. There are tea and coffee making facilities in case you want to enjoy coffee sitting looking out through your large bay windows over Morrab Gardens and down to the sea. You have your own small, but perfectly formed, en-suite shower room with a hand attachment and rain head shower. All kitted out with Cornish organic toiletries, fluffy towels, slippers and robes.
